#Foodie

1-red onion
1-tomato
1-avocado
1-can of cheek peas
1-tsb of feta cheese
salt, peeper, olive oil and vinegar to taste

1-box of shell pasta
1-cup of baby spinach
2-cans of dice tomato
1-tbs of feta cheese
dried oregano,salt, pepper to taste
4-chicken tights
4-chicken drums
1-onion
1-tbs of extra virgin olive oil
1-tsp of:
garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
salt, pepper and dried thyme to taste 
Egg Muffins

3-egg-whites
2-whole eggs
1-onion
1-tomato
1-cup of spinach
1-tbs feta cheese
1-tsp extra virgin olive oil
saute vegetables for 5 minutes in then add them to egg mixture
pour into cupcake tray and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Lentil Soup

1-bag of dry lentil
1- stalk of celery
1-onion
2-carrots
1-cup of spinach
3-turkey bacon strips
salt and pepper to taste
cook in slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours
When is cold out the only thing left to do is cook.
