Feeling Cool

I took these pictures last night before heading out to dinner with my husband.  I find that having plans after work on a Monday makes the day go faster and less dreadful and to brighten up the day a little more I wore this  "cool" skirt and my favorite pair of booties from TJ Maxx (I probably say this about all my shoes). I never imagined that I would love to wear crop tops and for what I heard/saw on all the run ways this past Fashion Week they are going to be back stronger coming Spring/Summer.

    This is my favorite way to wear a crop top...with a high waisted skirt. And this is a great skirt...I love the print! And perfect pairing with the booties :)

Drive-In

Old Navy shirt /Forever 21 shorts & earrings/Michael Kors sandals via T.J. Maxx /H&M bag/ Ulta lips in #236 My husband and I went to see a movie at the drive-in theater this past Saturday. It was my first time going and I really enjoyed it. Since we were going to be in the car, comfort was on my mind when I got dressed and thank God I brought a blanket the temperature dropped down to 60 degrees by the time we left.   Since comfort was on my mind, these shorts were the perfect pick. Paired with my chambray top, sparkly earrings and my new T.J Maxx find (sandals I got for a fraction of the price) was the perfect comfy look to sit in my car for two and a half hours.
